01 Eligibility & User Accounts

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service.
• Account Creation: To access our Community Feed and AI tools, you may be required to log in via Google OAuth. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete profile details and to keep this information up to date.

02 User-Generated Content

Our Service allows users to post quotes, reflections, messages, and other materials ("User Content").

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any User Content you post. However, by posting content to the public community feed, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and host your content on our platform.
• Prohibited Behavior: You agree not to post content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, offensive, threatening, or infringes on the intellectual property or copyright of any third party.
• Moderation: We do not pre-screen all posts, but we reserve the absolute right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion that violates these terms or is deemed harmful to the community.

03 Intellectual Property

• Our Content: Except for User Content, all original materials on the Service—including text, graphics, logos, brand names, software, AI core instructions, and design elements—are the exclusive property of Binspired and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our app or website layout without our prior written consent.

04 Account Termination & Data Deletion

• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in behavior harmful to other users.
• Data Deletion Request: You have the right to request the total deletion of your account and associated personal records at any time. Please use the official Data Deletion URL provided on our Google Play Store listing or contact our support team directly to process this request.

05 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• "As-Is" Basis: The Service and its AI-generated motivational outputs are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any advice or motivational text.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Binspired, its developers, or affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

06 Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we will post a prominent notification inside the app or update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.

07 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country/state, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
